HBBH, in collaboration with Coriolis Consulting Corp., Durante Kreuk and Pechet and Robb Studio Ltd.was retained to create a vision for the former shipyard lands located at the water’s edge in North Vancouver. Regarded by the City as an opportunity for public access to the waterfront and new development that would strengthen the Lower Lonsdale area, a thorough site analysis was undertaken that identified key attributes and options for development, as well as a clear vision for the future.
