King Edward Station was designed to compliment its ‘heritage boulevard’ location, while at the same time making way for higher density, mixed-use development on the block. The structure maximizes day lighting and visual connections with the street. A glazed portico with exposed wood roof extends to King Edward Avenue and creates a forecourt to the east. |
