UBC Marine Residences is a vibrant 1600-bed student residential complex, consisting of three 18-storey towers, a 5- to 7-storey low-rise and an amenity building that serves the complete complex. All residential buildings contain ground level lounges and building entrances that face into the quadrangle, encouraging social interaction. Other amenities include ground floor office and retail spaces facing the street or the quadrangle. Designed in association with B+H Architects. |
